Physical Therapy

A Personalized Approach to Recovery

When you come to your first session, you will receive a full functional evaluation to assess movement patterns across multiple joints in order to help us understand the cause of your pain or limitation. Next, working together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that focuses on improving strength and mobility where you need it. In our sessions together, you can expect to relieve pain, increase movement, and prevent future injury.

"I am passionate about getting people back to doing what they love!"

“I’ve had lower back pain since a ski accident 8 years ago where I fractured my back in 6 places. Meghan has treated me multiple times in the past 3 years after visiting several practices with not much recovery. Her manual techniques, knowledge of the musculature surrounding the low back, and caring personality brought me to full recovery.”

“Meghan was an amazing therapist! After 6 months of meeting with various medical therapists and practitioners, Meghan was able to identify what was causing my dizziness in one evaluation. She explained the cause of my condition and how she would treat it. She was actually able to treat my dizziness in one session. Meghan has treated me for my positional vertigo during several follow-up visits, and I have been very satisfied with the results. She has my highest regards.”
